Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on schedule.
- Review and code vendor invoices and employee expense reports for payment.
- Apply customer payments and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
- Perform monthly bank and cash account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, including preparing schedules and reports.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1+ year of relevant accounting experience.
- Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and standard accounting practices.
- Prior experience with accounting software; knowledge of Sage Intacct.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
