Job Responsibilities:
- Perform corporate accounting tasks including month-end close, intercompany transactions, and expense accruals
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations to support accurate financial reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial reports and fluctuation analyses
- Collaborate with other departments to support company goals and ensure financial alignment
- Demonstrate proficiency with Excel and accounting software to manage financial data effectively
- Apply strong analytical and mathematical skills to support accounting operations
- Communicate clearly and professionally through excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organize tasks with attention to detail and manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Show basic knowledge of general financial accounting and understanding of US GAAP
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in accounting roles with increasing responsibility
- Assist with audits, tax filings, and other tax-related matters as needed
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of financial procedures and internal controls
- Perform accounting research and provide technical guidance to support compliance and accuracy
