• Accurately forecast quarterly and annual revenue for an assigned region.
• Lead and manage regional sales activities, setting expectations, mentoring, and ensuring pipeline accountability.
• Coach the team in opportunity development, client acquisition, value demonstration, and negotiation.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain a high‑performing sales team aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to optimize resources, deliver consistent revenue targets, and leverage CRM systems such as Salesforce.

• 3+ years of building and leading sales teams (second line management a plus).
• 5+ years of direct and channel enterprise software selling experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus).

• Experience in IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management, application development, security, or analytics.
• Track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills; ability to build internal and external partnerships.
• Expertise in business planning, measurement, and solution development.
• Proficiency in target‑account, solution, and consultative sales; familiarity with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC and Challenger methods.

Competitive salary range $235,300–$296,900, plus incentive compensation, equity, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid parental leave, and paid time off.
