Now we’re looking for a Technical Program Manage r who can lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the core Uare product.

We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager who can navigate the ambiguity of a zero to one AI-powered consumer product
. You’ll be at the frontier of personal AI design
, shaping how people experience their own intelligence — visually, emotionally, and experientially.

This isn’t a typical program manager role — it’s about supporting a team focused on building digital identity and self-expression through AI
.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, customer success, and product leadership to ensure a seamless, emotionally resonant interface that feels like the future —
beautiful, intuitive, and deeply personal
.

• Drive end-to-end program execution for features across the UAre.
  
  AI platform.
• Partner with engineering, product, and design to plan and deliver releases.
• Own program planning, timelines, and cross-team coordination.
• Manage projects in Jira, maintaining clear epics, stories, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Act as lead tester & expert of the platform
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and keep teams focused on priorities.
• Communicate progress and delivery status to leadership and stakeholders.

• 3 years of experience as a Program Manager or Technical Program Manager for a consumer app, website, or digital product.
• Strong experience managing development work in Jira.
• Deep familiarity with SCRUM and agile development practices.
• Experience running and facilitating agile ceremonies for engineering teams.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with technical teams and engineering workflows.
