We’re looking for an Applications / Enterprise Solutions Specialist who enjoys working with customers, solving complex problems, and helping healthcare teams get the most out of their technology. In this role, you will deliver hands‑on training, support implementations, and provide technical expertise for ScImage solutions, including PICOM
365.

You will work closely with customers and internal teams including Sales, Project Management, Engineering, and Support, supporting the full lifecycle from pre‑sales discussions through go‑live and beyond. A big part of your role will be understanding clinical workflows across Radiology, Cardiology, and Nuclear Medicine and helping tailor solutions to fit real‑world needs.

As a go‑to expert, you will assist with system configuration, support DICOM and HL7 integrations, and help ensure smooth connectivity with PACS, RIS, EMR, and other hospital platforms. You will also lead end‑user training to help physicians and technologists feel confident and successful using our software.

You will have the opportunity to influence product direction by sharing customer feedback and identifying workflow improvements. Occasional travel is required to support on‑site implementations and training.

• Conduct applications training for Physicians, Technicians and PACS Administrators.
• Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and software effectiveness.
• Organize training procedure manuals, course materials to effectively train end users.
• Support ScImage Project Management in all new installations within the assigned territory including data flow and workflow analysis to include DICOM/HL7 design and implementation.
• Perform routine service, preventative maintenance and modifications on software and equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision.
• Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers.
• Prepare and complete required reports and documents in a timely manner.
• During the pre‑sales process you may be involved in the development for the overall design of the solution.
• Work with Sales when required to perform remote or on‑site demos.
• Assist in training new Applications Specialists when needed.
• Operate in a manner consistent with company policies.
