Assistant Superintendent

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Superintendent located in Los Altos, CA. Responsibilities include assisting with the oversight of daily construction operations, coordinating with subcontractors and project teams, ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety protocols, and monitoring progress to ensure quality standards are met. Additional tasks involve supporting project documentation, conducting site walkthroughs, and addressing issues as they arise to maintain smooth operations on-site.

• Experience in construction project management, site supervision, and understanding construction processes
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle schedules, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance requirements, and building codes
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and teams
• Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve on-site challenges promptly
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools is a plus
• Previous experience in construction or a related field is strongly preferred
• A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage
