Edgewater Technical Associates is seeking qualified candidates for a Project Manager opportunity in Los Alamos, NM
.

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong operations and office management experience to support organizational objectives in a dynamic environment. This role provides project coordination, operational oversight, and administrative leadership while supporting senior management and support staff.

• Manage and coordinate operational and administrative projects across teams
• Provide high-level support to senior leadership and group managers, as well as daily support to administrative and project support staff
• Support hiring activities, onboarding, training coordination, and workforce tracking
• Assist with budget tracking, reporting, procurement, and resource management
• Prepare essential reports and analyses for operational and programmatic support
• Support safety, compliance, and policy-driven operational requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in project management, operations, or office management
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of excellent interpersonal relationship skills
• Knowledge and experience with Los Alamos National Laboratory operations and procedures
• Work experience in a construction management environment

• United States Citizenship
• Active DOE Q Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain
