** All Travelers must have REQUIRED certifications at submission as certs are not available on site. Client reserves the right to require certifications not listed. Please refer to LPNT checklist for most up to date requirements. • Travelers may start on a 14-day waiver while waiting on results but must be supervised. Required for all employees except physicians.

- Each agency needs to have an account with NM DOH.

- After account set up, your compliance teams will enter each clinician into the portal to start the background check process - ORI code for NM DOH is NM920160z - A determination code will be generated upon background results so the clinician can move forward with the fingerprint process.
