We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Urologist to provide critical coverage during a temporary leave of absence. Required Skills:

• Valid and active Urology medical license in New Mexico
• Proven experience in outpatient clinics and surgical procedures related to urology
• Excellent clinical judgment and patient management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
• Clean professional history with no licensing or malpractice issues

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience with minimally invasive urological procedures
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Prior locum or temporary placement experience

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) with Board Certification or Certification eligible in Urology
• At least 2 years of clinical practice post-residency
• Prior experience working in New Mexico healthcare facilities is advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Availability to start in November or December 2025
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with no weekend duties
• Willingness to provide clinic and operative coverage, including outpatient procedures and surgeries
• No call responsibilities required
• Commitment to working at least one week per month, with two weeks preferred
