Role Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Urologist to fill in for an extended medical leave of up to 12 weeks. The ideal candidate will deliver comprehensive clinic and surgical services, primarily focusing on procedures and patient care without on-call responsibilities. The assignment involves Monday through Friday work (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM), with no weekend duties, and requires presence at least one week per month, preferably two.

Candidates must already possess an active New Mexico medical license and have a clean professional history to obtain temporary privileges swiftly. Start dates are flexible, beginning in November or December 2025.

Required Skills:

• Active medical license in New Mexico
• Proven experience in Urology practice including clinic and surgical procedures
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to handle a diverse patient caseload
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and reliably within scheduled shifts

• Experience with minimally invasive surgical techniques
• Prior locum tenens or temporary assignment experience
• Multilingual abilities

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board-certified or eligible in Urology
• Minimum of 3 years post-residency clinical experience

• Clear professional history for licensure and hospital privileges
• Availability to start in November or December 2025
• Ability to commit to at least one week per month, ideally two
• Willingness to provide both clinic and surgical services without on-call duties
