Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Passion for working in a bakery, with 2-5 years of related experience.
• California Food Handlers Card required for all food service employees involved in food preparation, storage, or service.
• Willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Experience with deck ovens, rack ovens, and spiral mixers is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is helpful but not required.
• Ability to read recipes, safety documents, and other work-related materials.
