A leading contract manufacturer specializing in nutritional bars, baked goods, chocolate molding, wafers, granola, and other better‑for‑you snack products, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join growing operations team. The company operates eight state‑of‑the‑art facilities across the U.S. and is built on a culture of partnership and operational excellence.

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on production and packaging machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems within advanced food‑manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate closely with Operations and Engineering teams to ensure equipment uptime and process efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance.
• Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and quality standards in line with certifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within food or high‑volume manufacturing.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or PLC‑controlled systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment
