Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Pump Repair Technician
- Must have a Valid Drivers License and a clean driving record
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Diagnose mechanical issues in centrifugal, positive displacement, and specialty pumps
- Disassemble, inspect, and assess pump components for wear or damage
- Repair or replace seals, bearings, shafts, impellers, and gaskets
- Perform precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators
- Reassemble pumps to manufacturer specifications and tolerances
- Conduct pressure testing and performance testing to ensure proper operation
- Align pumps and motors using laser or dial alignment tools
- Document inspection findings, repairs performed, and parts used
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with field service calls and on‑site troubleshooting as needed
- Communicate repair recommendations and timelines to supervisors or customers
