We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Window Cleaner to join our team. This role primarily focuses on commercial window cleaning, with opportunities for cross-training and advancement into additional specialty services.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial window cleaning services at retail, commercial, and industrial locations

• Clean interior and exterior windows safely and efficiently

• Perform high dusting and detailed cleaning of elevated surfaces

• Maintain and properly use window cleaning tools and equipment

• Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards

• Travel to assigned job sites and complete scheduled service routes

• Cross-train on additional services such as pump cleaning and specialty cleaning as needed

• Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• Experience with commercial window cleaning required

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Dependable, punctual, and able to manage time efficiently

• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders and equipment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check
