Beltway Pools is seeking a proven leader in the pool industry to oversee our service division. • Manage and mentor service technicians & foremen
• Oversee scheduling, quality, and safety on all service projects
• Communicate with customers and resolve issues promptly
• Track progress and order materials for ongoing jobs
• Work closely with upper management to drive growth and results

• 7+ years pool industry experience (required)
• Strong organizational & leadership skills
• Excellent communication and customer focus
• Valid driver’s license, clean record, ability to lift 100 lbs
