Q US is seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Director of Business Development – Space Development to lead growth initiatives across the U.S. Space Force (USSF), U.S. Air Force (USAF), and aligned mission areas. Qineti

Q US delivers advanced space-focused solutions including rapid prototyping, secure communications, resilient software, and sensor technologies that support the future of space superiority and joint all-domain operations. We partner across the space enterprise to enable next-generation mission success—from ground to orbit. This role is focused on identifying, shaping, and capturing strategic opportunities in support of the Department of the Air Force’s space modernization and operational needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of space operations, space acquisition, and emerging national security space priorities, with a demonstrated ability to lead and win complex business pursuits. This is a high-impact, externally facing role that demands a strong business and technical acumen, executive presence, and the ability to foster trusted relationships across government and industry.

• Lead business development efforts focused on space mission areas including space domain awareness, resilient communications, C2, PNT, payload development, launch systems, ground systems, and satellite operations.
• Identify, shape, qualify, and capture new opportunities aligned to USAF and USSF modernization priorities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across USSF (e.g., SSC, SpOC, STARCOM), AFRL, USAF PEOs, MAJCOMs, and mission partners.
• Conduct market assessments, competitive analysis, and account strategy development to expand Qineti
  
  Q’s footprint in the national security space market.
• Drive end-to-end capture efforts for high-priority bids, including teaming strategies, technical solutioning, pricing strategy, and proposal oversight.
• Lead customer engagement and represent Qineti
  
  Q in capability briefings, industry forums, and strategic discussions with DoD and international partners.
• Partner with internal stakeholders including engineering, manufacturing, finance, legal, and contracts to ensure aligned execution of BD and capture efforts.
• Communicate the value of Qineti
  
  Q's space solutions to customers, partners, and the broader public sector market.
• Shape and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with corporate and business line leadership.
• Provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and leadership to junior BD and capture professionals supporting the space portfolio.
