RBT Responsibilities:Implement ABA programs and behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
Provide 1:1 behavior therapy
Track client progress and maintain accurate data
Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and clients
Adapt sessions based on client needs and BCBA feedback
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs (preferred)
Strong communication and listening skills
Empathy, professionalism, and adaptability
Ability to stay calm in high-stress situations
Reliable transportation
Driver’s License (required)
Registered Behavior Technician (preferred)
Monday to Friday, after-school hours
Expected hours: 15–25 per week
Willingness to travel: 100%
License reimbursement
Paid time off
Work Location: In-person, providing services in clients' homes in the Lorton area.
