Senior Cloud Engineer (cleared)

Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer (cleared) to join a federal subcontractor supporting Air Force modernization projects. This is a full-time position and fully onsite in Lorton, VA.

• Use cutting-edge cloud and data technologies to streamline services to clients.
• System health monitoring includes Azure Solution System Health, Program Application availability, and Capacity Management.
• Participate in planning sessions, and technical presentations, with customer project leads and staff.
• Analyze technical requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Complete regular maintenance on all systems/applications, including patching, vulnerability remediation, and addressing end of service/end of life replacements.

• 8+ years of systems or cloud engineering experience.
• Strong Azure experience.
• Developing and provisioning Azure Kubernetes.
• Cloud Security experience (compliance, NIST, ATO)
• Dev Sec Ops  experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance.

• $150,000 - $200,000 (based on experience)
