Lead and Assistant Teachers Childcare

• Create, design, and implement lesson plans.
• Manage students as they learn, play, eat, and sleep.
• Keep the classroom organized and clean.
• Observe children's interests and work with other team members to develop creative ideas for an engaging curriculum.
• Communicate with parents daily, sharing children's adventures and achievements through mobile apps and personal conversations.

• CDA or ECE certificate, associate's/bachelor's degree in ECE or related field, or equivalent coursework.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year field-related experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• Flexibility to work hours based on the needs of the school and program.
• Successful background check and VA licensing standards required.

• Strong communication with parents, staff, and children.
• Patience and empathy to navigate emotional and developmental needs.
• Creativity in lesson planning, storytelling, and classroom activities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and learning styles.
