About the PositionOur Early Childhood Educators will be responsible for the daily health, safety, well‑being, development and learning of young children in their care. They will work independently and as part of a collaborative team to ensure the experiences our children have at Brynmor optimize their health, development and learning.
These individuals see themselves as proactive partners with families—actively communicating about child experiences, sharing observations, and learning from families about their aspirations and concerns for their children.

Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate Brynmor’s vision, mission, values and beliefs that center children, families and educators as core components to high‑quality early childhood education.
- Ensure safety, care, well‑being and learning of children at all times and compliance with all local, state and federal laws, standards and regulations.
- Maintain high‑quality, inviting, well‑resourced environments and materials both indoors and outdoors.
- Exemplify the highest level of business and personal integrity and be mission‑driven with a team orientation.
- Competently utilize High Scope Curriculum and COR Advantage to guide daily lesson planning, activities and child experiences.
- Establish and maintain strong, proactive relationships and communications with families. Partner with educator teammates to ensure a mutual, respectful, shared‑vision experience for children, families and the Brynmor team.

- Minimum high‑school diploma;
Child Development Associate (CDA); associate degree in early childhood education or related field preferred. - Preferred experience in a NAEYC‑accredited early education program.
- Preferred experience with High Scope curriculum.
- Familiarity with COR Advantage Assessment and Brightwheel child‑care management welcomed; familiarity with Reggio Emilia approaches welcomed.
- Fluency in multiple languages welcomed.
- Compensation range: $42,000–$48,000.
