Our Early Childhood Educators will be responsible for the daily health, safety, well‑being, development and learning of young children in their care. They will work independently and as part of a collaborative team to ensure the experiences our children have at Brynmor optimize their health, development and learning.

These individuals see themselves as proactive partners with families—actively communicating about child experiences, sharing observations, and learning from families about their aspirations and concerns for their children.

• Minimum high‑school diploma;
  Child Development Associate (CDA); associate degree in early childhood education or related field preferred.
• Preferred experience in a NAEYC‑accredited early education program.
• Preferred experience with High Scope curriculum.
• Familiarity with COR Advantage Assessment and Brightwheel child‑care management welcomed; familiarity with Reggio Emilia approaches welcomed.
• Fluency in multiple languages welcomed.

• Compensation range: $42,000–$48,000.
