Warehouse Associate - Stock

The Parts Authority is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Stock for its Lorain, OH location. The position pays a starting hourly rate of $15.00 and offers full‑time employment with health plan options.

• Receive merchandise from vendors and place it in the correct location on shelves.
• Check off merchandise as received.
• Correct mistakes on the inventory count sheet.
• Assist in pulling parts during busy times.
• Clean up inside and outside the warehouse.
• Work with stock manager to address order problems.
• Resolve issues related to warehouse stocking.
• Perform miscellaneous projects and other duties as assigned.

• Accurately follow written and verbal directions.
• Maintain individual productivity and quality standards.
• Focus and remain on task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Regularly lift, push, pull, or move objects 10‑50 lbs; occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach; occasionally sit and climb ladders or stairs.
• Work within narrow aisles or passageways; tolerate environmental conditions.
• Maintain vision abilities (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth).
• Time‑management skills.
• Work well under pressure and with staff and supervisors.
• Open availability, flexibility for various shifts and overtime.
• 1–2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Familiarity with safety measures and ability to promote workplace safety.
