Lowe's - 7500 Oak Point Road - Responsibilities:
Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's customer service policies, procedures and programs;
Collaborates with the Merchandising Service team and Manager by communicating project priorities, schedule, and project needs;
Analyzes metrics and provides feedback on project execution and in-store service to store, market, and corporate leaders;
Engages with customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise;
Maintains safe and clean stores and ensures displays are safe and in working order
