You are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes, but is not limited to, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. It’s up to you to make your store a success.

In order to prepare you for success, Panda will provide 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program.

• High school diploma required
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Food Safety:
  Serve Safe certified

During duties, counter areas may be hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Work involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a fast-paced environment. Good verbal communication and ability to adapt to changing priorities are required.

Pay Range: $25.22 per hour - $28.22 per hour. Within the range, pay is determined by location and experience. Panda reserves the right to change or terminate any bonus programs at any time.
