• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
• 6 months of acute care experience.
• BSN completion preferred

• Candidates must have an Ohio license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units.
• Travel only; local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
  Tru Staff Program - Bon Secours Mercy Health and no current placement allowed at Program:
  Tru Staff Program - Bon Secours Mercy Health.

  Experience with insulin gtts. Nurses are required to read/verify telemetry strips once a shift in EPIC.
• Required Credentials: Dysrhythmia Exam Required.
• Preferred Credentials: Critical Care Course.
• Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and holiday. 7 days maximum time off
• 2 references from last 2 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
• Proof of identification required for submission
