ITS has a client seeking on-site Shipping-Receiving Assistant in Lorain, OH.
Job SummaryPerform daily quality inspections on incoming and outgoing shipments as required by repair procedures.
Essential Job Functions- Maintain quality inspection and performance documentation.
- Advise the repair team on corrective actions to address repair quality issues.
- Ensure adherence to standards related to assembly revision levels, repair procedures, and quality standards.
- Ensure proper packaging and shipment of repaired components according to documented procedures.
- Create and modify repair records as needed.
- Input all aspects of the shipping process into the business system (SAP) daily.
- Perform all work with safety in mind and ensure that all safety measures are met.

Job Qualifications- Two years of experience in shipping and receiving.
- Three to five years of experience in assembly.
- Vertiv training on documentation, repair procedures, and quality specifications.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ability to utilize existing business systems such as SAP.
