** Bachelor's degree (LSW or RN required) or Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling with licensure.
** Shift:
*** 12-hour shifts
* Full Time, Part Time, and PRN (Full Time: 3 12-hour shifts, with every other weekend rotation)

** The Role Itself
*** Coordinates care with interdisciplinary teams and external providers and updates treatment team on clinical information.
* Participates in treatment planning, including psychosocial assessments.
* Provides resource information and "warm-referrals" to community providers for engagement.
* Completes thorough, timely documentation in compliance with standards.
* Demonstrates crisis intervention skills and upholds confidentiality.
* Completes the admission process, including verification of benefits and necessary authorizations.
