Pay Range: $25.72 – $31.35 per hour

Placement within the pay scale is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Southern Lorain County clinicians will operate full‑time Monday through Friday from 9am‑5pm in Southern Lorain County to expand current crisis services with the goal of reducing wait times for the southern portion of the county (including but not limited to Oberlin, LaGrange, and Wellington). The position will consult with a Crisis Manager at the Main Riveon location and may report there occasionally for training, meetings, and coverage as necessary.

The crisis services team responds in pairs for best practice and safety of staff and clients; a trained crisis assistant will be assigned to the team.

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide routine and emergency mental health assessments, diagnostic assessments, stabilization, crisis intervention, and treatment planning of clients in the community, and on the Hotline. As an appropriately degreed/licensed member of the Crisis Services staff, this clinician serves with others as a Health Officer for the county subject to approval by the Executive Director of the Lorain County Board of Mental Health.
