This is a full-time, on-site position for a Technical Sales Representative based in Longwood, FL. The Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting customers over the phone or online in selecting the right products and equipment for their needs, providing expert technical advice, and ensuring a positive purchasing experience. Daily activities include engaging with customers, providing tailored recommendations, handling inquiries, and offering training or support to improve customer satisfaction.

Team collaboration and proactive responses to customer feedback are key aspects of the role.

• Technical Sales and Sales skills to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively address customer inquiries and build strong relationships.
• Training experience with the ability to guide customers on proper product usage and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Longwood, FL.
• Experience in the pool or spa industry is a plus.
• Basic technical knowledge of pool/spa equipment or willingness to undergo training is beneficial.
