• Interpret job specifications, blueprints, and job orders for supervisory duties.
• Study schedules and estimate labor requirements for job completion.
• Maximize job cost to meet or beat project overall estimates.
• Monitor labor status and productivity.
• Manage crew production to ensure job schedule deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with all team members.
• Complete job documentation such as incidents, timesheets, daily reports, purchase orders, toolbox talks, time and material sheets, change order forms, and other project‑related documents promptly.
• Comply with all safety guidelines and CES policies and procedures.
• Review project schedules and forecast labor requirements through job completion.

• Five (5) years of commercial piping experience directing installation, repair, and equipment use of a related system.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of the proper use of safety equipment.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Ability to climb and balance on ladders; stand or sit for long periods; no fear of heights.
• Ability to pass regular drug testing, be open to background checks, and have a clean driving record.
• Journeyman license preferred but not required.
• Valid Florida driver’s license.
