We are seeking a full-time Russian-speaking customer service professional who is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience. As a Case Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for clients facing challenging and often traumatic situations. Your role is pivotal in offering support and reassurance from the moment they reach out to us.

The Case Control Center operates 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and we are looking for candidates with flexible availability, including weekends.

Compensation
  • $18.50/hour
  • $250 Sign-On Bonus (Eligible after 90 days of employment)
Responsibilities
  • Conduct consultations with potential clients calling into the firm and determine if we are able to help the client.
  • Collect and input adequate data regarding prospective cases.
  • Schedule appointments for call backs to potential clients.
  • Send and obtain signed retainers via email or text.
  • Accept inbound calls and place outbound calls.
  • Resolve client issues in a professional manner.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Russian and English.
  • High school diploma or GED required; college preferred.
  • Excellent comprehension and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Adaptable in an ever-changing environment with multiple priorities.
  • Reliable and dependable; able to work independently or in a team.
  • Ability to type at least 35 WPM with strong writing skills while navigating multiple software applications.
Work hours & Environment

The Case Control Center operates 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Flexible availability, including weekends, is required.
