We are currently looking for a professional and reliable Accounts Receivable Associate
- Resales for our Home Office location in Longwood FL. Duties may vary from customer service, data entry, general office work, administration of internal office processes, and providing support to communities as needed.
- Update new owner information in accounting system
- Post/process payments in accounting system
- Assist with payment research/post-closing reconciliation inquiries
- Post ledger card adjustments and charges as requested
- Have previous Office or administrative experience
- Be professional, organized, and self-motivated
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
- Have a proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications
