We are working with a great company headquartered in Orlando that is seeking a top-in-field Senior Accountant to join their team. They promote reasonable hours, work-life balance with 3/2 hybrid schedule, and have a great team. The industry is profitable / stable and the company is growing.
The position is highly visible and have exposure to the Director of Accounting.
Responsibilities- Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
- Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close
- Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
- Serve as a regional resource for technical GAAP accounting / FASB codification guidance.
- 3+ years' of professional accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
