We are seeking a full-time Sales Associate to join our team at our Longview, WA location. In this role, you will work on-site to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored recommendations for new and pre-owned vehicles. Responsibilities include maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor, managing leads, conducting test drives, negotiating sales agreements, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

You will also collaborate with team members to meet individual and dealership sales objectives, attend training sessions, and stay informed about the latest vehicle models and features.
