• Engage with customers through trustworthy automotive advice and clear communication.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance the customer experience and support sales goals.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point‑of‑sale procedures and loss‑prevention policies.
• Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently and follow all safety policies, including PPE usage.
• Stay up‑to‑date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through Auto Zone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read car codes and recommend solutions when needed.

• Minimum age: 16 years old.
• Physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Previous automotive retail experience is advantageous.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification is a plus.
