Responsibilities- Implement treatment plans as directed by the supervising PT
- Document patient progress accurately and efficiently
- Educate patients and families on therapy exercises and home programs
- Communicate regularly with the PT and interdisciplinary care team
- Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance procedures
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
- Active Washington PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dedication to patient‑centered, compassionate care
