$17.00/hr - $20.00/hr (based on experience and certification)

• Paid Training, including Home Care Assistant (HCA) certification
• Flexible schedules
• Paid sick time & holidays (1.5x pay on holidays)
• Bi-weekly pay
• Referral bonuses

• Help clients with daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, meal preparation, and light cleaning
• Provide companionship and conversation
• Join clients in hobbies and activities
• Report on client condition and daily activities

• Kind, caring, and reliable individuals
• Strong communication skills
• Minimum 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED
• Background check clearance
• Preferred:
  Reliable transportation and smartphone/internet access
• Required:
  
  1–2 years of caregiver experience
