Assignment: 13 Weeks (with potential for extension)

Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy to restore function, improve mobility, and enhance quality of life.

• Evaluate, plan, and implement evidence-based treatment programs
• Develop and update patient care and discharge plans
• Accurately document all therapy services and progress notes
• Supervise PTAs and support staff as needed
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and state regulations

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
• Active Washington PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and professional excellence
