Cowlitz PUD is the local publicly owned power company for Cowlitz County. We are currently looking for an experienced Records Management Coordinator to join our Compliance team.

Ensure an adequate and reliable power supply to meet the electric load requirements and clean energy obligations of Cowlitz PUD and the community.
Develop and manage Cowlitz PUD’s assets and planning tools to ensure a high level of electric reliability, physical and cyber security, and safety.
Implement business systems to achieve efficient use of Cowlitz PUD’s resources.
Cowlitz PUD will communicate, educate, and engage with its employees, customers, and stakeholders to maintain positive relationships and prepare for future change.
The Records Management Coordinator II is responsible for ensuring an effective District-wide Records Management Program. Achieves compliance through collaboration with internal customers to assist them in meeting the essential elements of the Program. Ensures the District meets state and other relevant public records requirements and provides assistance and expertise in other functional areas that affect the District’s public records. Serve as the backup for the District’s Public Records Officer.
Minimum Qualifications:- Associate’s Degree with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Records Management for a public entity or related field. Equivalent education and experience may be qualifying.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Archives and Records Administration
- Certified Records Manager (CRM)
- ехнический Public Records Officer from the Washington Association of Public Records Officers

- Work is performed in the office Monday through Thursday 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. Remote work is not available for this position.
