• Develop accurate 2D drawings and 3D models
• Apply company detailing standards, templates, and best practices
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, production, purchasing, and fabrication teams to clarify design intent
• Revise and update drawings based on engineering feedback, fabrication constraints, and customer requirements
• Support project schedules by completing detailing tasks on time and communicating risks early
• Identify constructability issues and recommend detailing solutions
• Participate in drawing reviews and incorporate feedback
• Provide detailing support during fabrication as needed
• Maintain organized project files and documentation within company systems
• Uphold a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement

• $60,000 - $120,000, DOE (we’ll pay you what you’re worth)

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in drafting, detailing, design, construction, fabrication, or a related technical field
• 4+ years of experience in fabrication-based detailing or drafting roles
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software, with Autodesk Inventor strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of fabrication processes, materials, and shop practices
• Strong grasp of 2D and 3D CAD/BIM concepts
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
• Experience using Google Suite tools including Docs, Sheets, Gmail, and Drive
