WHAT YOU’LL DO:- Develop accurate 2D drawings and 3D models
- Apply company detailing standards, templates, and best practices
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, production, purchasing, and fabrication teams to clarify design intent
- Revise and update drawings based on engineering feedback, fabrication constraints, and customer requirements
- Support project schedules by completing detailing tasks on time and communicating risks early
- Identify constructability issues and recommend detailing solutions
- Participate in drawing reviews and incorporate feedback
- Provide detailing support during fabrication as needed
- Maintain organized project files and documentation within company systems
- Uphold a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement
- $60,000 - $120,000, DOE (we’ll pay you what you’re worth)

NEED TO HAVE :
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in drafting, detailing, design, construction, fabrication, or a related technical field
- 4+ years of experience in fabrication-based detailing or drafting roles
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software, with Autodesk Inventor strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of fabrication processes, materials, and shop practices
- Strong grasp of 2D and 3D CAD/BIM concepts
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
- Experience using Google Suite tools including Docs, Sheets, Gmail, and Drive
