Northwest Permanente is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to join our dedicated care team at the Longview/Kelso Medical Office. This is an exciting opportunity to build and manage your own pediatric patient panel while delivering high-quality, coordinated ambulatory care within our physician-led, value-based medical group.
Position Highlights- Join a collaborative team of two experienced Pediatricians.
- Robust onsite support including:
- Mental Health Counselors
- Optometrists
- Dedicated Lactation team
- In-house Pharmacy, imaging services, and full-service lab for integrated care.
- Newborn rounding responsibilities:
- One morning per week
- One weekend per month at Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital (Vancouver, WA)
Note:
This role does not include attending deliveries.
- Experienced support staff
- Physician-friendly advanced Epic EMR
- Opportunities for leadership roles within the medical group
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility
- Schedule: 0.9 FTE (36 hours/week)
