Peace Health St. John Medical Center has a full-time opportunity for a MD/DO Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a Med-Ped Physician in Longview, Washington. You’ll have the opportunity to make a difference in an underserved community and impact the development of the primary care services.
The Lakefront Family Medicine Clinic includes family practice, same-day care, and select occupational health screenings. If you are looking for a community that offers outdoor recreation with quick access to city amenities, this rural practice could be a great place for you.
- Schedule:
1.0 FTE (Full time), 4–5 days weekly, 34 patient contact hours weekly, with in-basket Nurse Practitioner support - Call: approximately 1:20, evening phone calls, includes one working weekend in the same day clinic once per quarter
- Team: 8 Family Medicine Physicians and ~15 Advanced Practice Practitioners
- Facilities: 32 exam spaces, shared with Same Day Clinicians, on the hospital campus with on-site digital x-ray
- Clinical model: 1:1 Medical Assistant ratio, seeing all ages, up to ~20 patients per day
- Onsite:
Social Workers, Dietitians, Clinical Pharmacist, Diabetic & Palliative Care Specialists, Phlebotomists, Behavioral health support services - In-house:
Controlled Substance Management, Chronic Care Coordination Teams - Clinician must hold: BLS
