Position: Automotive Technician

Location: Longview, WA

Pay: $65,000-$85,000+ per year (DOE)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
No weekends. Ever.

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles
• Work in a clean, organized, well-lit shop designed for productivity
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and front staff
• Take pride in quality repairs and proper diagnostic procedures
• Continue developing your technical skillset through ongoing training

• Competitive annual pay: $65K-$85K+ depending on experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a professional automotive repair shop
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• A problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail
• Dependability and a team‑first attitude

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to commute to Longview, WA
• Willingness to relocate prior to start date if not local

• ASE certifications (support available toward advanced/master certification)
• Experience with diagnostics beyond basic maintenance
• Long‑term mindset – looking for a shop to grow with
