Pay: $65,000–$85,000+ per year (DOE)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. No weekends.

Opti Staffing is hiring for an Automotive Technician in Longview, WA. We are a long-established, locally rooted automotive repair shop focused on stable work, fair treatment, and a long-term future for technicians who keep the bays moving.

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles
• Work in a clean, organized, well-lit shop designed for productivity
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and front staff
• Take pride in quality repairs and proper diagnostic procedures
• Continue developing your technical skillset through ongoing training

• Competitive annual pay: $65K–$85K+ depending on experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a professional automotive repair shop

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to commute to Longview, WA
• Willingness to relocate prior to start date if not local

• ASE certifications (support available toward advanced/master certification)
• Experience with diagnostics beyond basic maintenance
• Long-term mindset — looking for a shop to grow with
