The Equipment Operator, under the Site Supervisor's guidance, will adhere to company safety and operational protocols, ensuring services are delivered flawlessly and incident-free, with a focus on environmental and community mindfulness. Through training and practice, they will enhance their skills and may undertake responsibilities such as rigging, pump maintenance, sand, acid, and chemical operations, blender operations, ground foreman tasks, and more, based on district assignments.

• Perform rig up, rig down, equipment operation, and maintenance of equipment as directed by supervisory staff.
• Adhere to all well service health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Adhere to all company operational policies.
• Safely rig high pressure iron and hoses as required.
• Perform routine maintenance on all assigned service equipment.
• Drive equipment to and from locations as required.
• Maintain and submit timely daily driver log reports, equipment/truck reports, and Individual Vehicle Driver’s Records (IVDRs) and other paperwork as required.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Complete and abide by all safety training and other provided training.
• Appropriate communication skills for coordination of well service activities with crew members and supervisory staff.
• Travel to job location as required, may include extensive out‑of‑town travel.
• Sensitive to confidential information.
• Must work independently and as a member of a team.

• Able to read, speak and write English.
• Able to work under stressful conditions at times.
• Capable of bending, lifting, climbing, pushing, pulling, kneeling, standing, walking, stooping, squatting, pulling, pushing, climbing, crouching, crawling, and other physical movements required for long periods of time.
• Must accomplish hard physical labor in many different conditions including lifting equipment.
• Must demonstrate manual dexterity and ability to use hands to handle, feel, and operate tools and controls.
• Moderate to heavy lifting required (up to 100 lbs occasional, 50 lbs frequent, 20 lbs constant).
• Exposure to noise, vibrations, bright lights, and various climate conditions.
• Must wear common protective or safety equipment such as safety shoes, glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and hard hats when needed.
• May involve exposure to dust, fumes, and gases.
• Working irregular hours, shift work, overtime, travel overnight and multiple stay may be required.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and honesty.
• Dependability, reliability, and fulfillment of responsibilities.
