Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a retail mall location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report conditions that may help to deter unwanted activity.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout common areas, exterior walkways, parking areas, and perimeter routes; working environments and conditions may vary by site.;
Monitor access points, service corridors, and tenant areas as assigned, observing for unusual activity and/or policy violations and communicating concerns to site management.;
Complete detailed incident reports, patrol logs, and shift documentation, and coordinate as needed with mall staff and local emergency services for security-related matters.
