Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Longview, TX for an Agency Sales Manager. The Agency Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing a team of sales agents, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include training and mentoring sales agents, tracking sales performance, coordinating with marketing teams, and managing client relationships to ensure the delivery of superior customer service.
Qualifications- Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, and strategic planning
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in client relationship management and customer service
- Knowledge of insurance products, particularly disability, life, accident, dental, and critical illness insurance
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop action plans to improve sales performance
- Licensed insurance agent and previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
