Dollar General - - Responsibilities:
Manage the Perishable Departments including produce, fresh meat, packaged meats, dairy, frozen foods, bread, and bakery products.;
Assist Store Manager with inventory management, merchandise presentation, and customer service.;
Train associates in perishable handling, stocking, rotation, and pricing standards.;
Record perishable markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrence.;
Maintain inventory levels and ensure sanitation standards in the Perishable departments.
