C. Penney - - Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers to deliver outstanding customer service and promote products and services;
Monitor and process Enterprise Fulfillment activities including picking, packing, and Ship from Store or Buy Online Pickup in Store;
Handle operations tasks such as researching order shortages/overages, shipment check-in, binning, and stock area maintenance; process deliveries and returns;
Partner with Merchandise to replenish store inventory and participate in annual inventory;
Meet performance standards including shrink, safety, omnichannel, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
