The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services and supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff
• Controlling expenses and shrinkage
• Overseeing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence to company policies and procedures

Physical demands: more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications:

Minimum age 18, prior retail and/or management experience required.
