• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions in a secure manner.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including food safety guidelines.
• Assist with other duties as needed, including restocking supplies and cleaning.

• Previous experience in waitstaff or customer service roles is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for providing excellent service.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and calculations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
